Vegan Menu available - Edit
We ordered the vegan dishes 24hours in advance and they were prepared in advance. They also offer vegan breakfast options. But all only when ordered in advance and also for hotel guests and visitors.

If you are looking for vegan meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and are staying in Aitutaki then the Rapae Bay restaurant which is part of the Pacific Island Resort is the place to go. They did a whole vegan menu for me, with a choice of about 5 options for each meal. One of my favourites was the black rice pudding for breakfast, the roasted beetroot salad for lunch and the vichyssoise for dinner. There was also pumpkin and chickpea lasagna that was delish and if you are looking for something light then there is the trio of dips, which is hummus, guacamole and salsa with veggies. They also did pastries for me in the morning so I didn’t feel left out. Also I wasn’t made to feel like it was anything extra or a bother. You do have to order what you want a day in advance so the chef can prepare, but I thought that was fun as you got to pick what you want and they make you feel special. Also the food is super healthy and no processed junk food!
