Great surprise

Never in my life had I found so many vegan options in a non-vegan (or even vegetarian) place. It was doubly surprising because it is the restaurant of the oldest hotel in a small town, so it's a very traditional place. I had to think a lot so as to choose from at least 4 or 5 options of main courses (skipping the 4 or 5 options of vegan starters because I wasn't that hungry). I ended up having a baked potato with rice filling and some sort of sauce, which came with a salad of steamed vegetables. It was delicious!
