Spacious and comfortable place with 3 floors. 1st floor sells snacks, sweets, and ice creams. 2nd floor sells fast food. 3rd floor restaurant has a 7-page English menu that includes soups, salads, momos, noodles, rice, spring rolls, vegburgers, pizzas, chow mein, sandwiches, Indian food. Vegan options may be very limited. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-9:00pm.

Dosa Delights, South Indian Nirvana for Vegans - Edit
I love this place!
As a frequent visitor to Nepal, there are only a few places that I find consistently safe for me. The masala dosas here are delicious. The masoor dal, the coconut chutney, ahh, so good! Try the soda water with black salt.
Of my favorite restaurants in KTM, this one is the least expensive. Being vegan and staying healthy takes some concerted effort in this town, and this place has really saved me. The only other places I trust are not veg restaurants - Koto on Durbar Marg is grounding, healthy and healing (fresh tofu! veg miso! avocado nori rolls!), and Fire and Ice next to Himalayan Bank has safe and delicious salad grown just for them (washed in purified water) and will make you pizza without cheese (go to F&I for early lunch, have the place to yourself). Elsewhere in Kathmandu, even the other veg places listed here, have variable hygiene standards. When in doubt, stick to the hot lemon ginger and get out of there!
Rameshswaram's, Koto, Fire and Ice, the occasional momo - this is what western vegans need to know in Kathmandu.

the chats they have here are the best!!! the 3rd floor restaurant is very expensive compared to the lesser floors.
