I had the lunch set with the value black ramen, seitan katsu, fried vegetable gyoza, and a gemaicha.
The ramen description says it has a bold punchy flavour because of the garlic oil but the ramen had a nice subtle flavour, I really enjoyed it!
The katsu seitan was nice and crispy before it got soaked in the ramen lolll.
The gyozas and genmaicha were good too!
My partner also got a non alcoholic beer and loved it!
Great place, good prices, good food portion!

Came here to try the takoyaki, unfortunately visited quite late and they were sold out D: I had the miso ramen with seitan katsu and it was really nice. The broth was creamy and flavourful, very good noodles and I enjoyed the seitan too! Good lunch deal.

Delicious Vegan Options from Fully Vegan Sister Brand - Edit
Visited this omni outlet as it was more accessibly located, open for walk-ins (no reservations) and more wallet-friendly compared to their fully vegan sister brand Men Impossible. Glad some of their signature dishes were available as vegan options! Highly impressed by both ramen I tried; the unique fusion flavours weren’t gimmicky and tasted really good. The Creamy Umami Ramen had delectable creamy soup featuring smoky and umami black burnt garlic oil, alongside toothsome seitan katsu. The Amaze Men dry-style ramen had a yummy sauce and crispy cauliflower tempura. They also had some sides (sadly the Takoyaki was out of stock when I visited) and a value-for-money lunch set promotion. Near De Oude Kerk, Red Lights Secrets Museum, etc.

I had the signature ramen with sauce (the spicy version) which was recognizable as a simpler (but still delicious) version of the ramen at the original Men Impossible restaurant. My partner had the spicy miso soup ramen and said it was very good.

Update: they are no longer fully plant-based (shame!) but the plant-based options are clearly labelled and good. The spicy creamy noodles are very mushroomy and tasty. The shrimp and spicy gyozas are very good too.

Went here when it was 100% vegan and really enjoyed it. We had the tempura shrimp, cauliflower, and two types of ramen. It was cool to get the shrimp, because I feel like I don’t see that option often! Both ramens were phenomenal, and the serving sizes were quite big! I loved the broth and the variety of veggies they had in the ramen.

If you are look for an authentic vegan ramen experience than look to further! This was an incredibly spiced and flavoured ramen experience. So many options. I absolutely loved my meal here. This place is a top rated restaurant for a reason! Not sure what the fired piece on top was but it was so crispy with the perfect amount of batter and cooked to perfection! If I’m ever back in Amsterdam I will definitely be coming again! Those stairs to get upstairs were intense lol. Lots of seating which is hard to come by in the area. Only thing I thought was strange is you order and pay on your phone. Not necessarily a bad thing but would be good to know.

First time visit to Amsterdam. A nicely friendly smiley lady that worked there greeted us. Got seated she explained we can order using qr code; as an introvert I love this kinda thing. Ordered cauliflower tempura, shrimp katsu and tan tan ramen. Was sharing this with my partner as we get full very quickly. Without asking a man who works there gave me a small bowl so we can share the ramen 😄 🍜
