Surprisingly good for airport food

As far as airport food goes this ramen was simple but surprisingly good. I had a small head cold so the hot soup helped. I made it spicy to level 3 and it wasn’t really, so if you like spice like me go to level 4. I also added tofu which was unseasoned and a little cold but made for a more substantial meal. I would eat here again when in this airport for sure.

Fine ramen

Its nice to have a Vegan option. The ramen is good, however there should be more Greens in it in my oppinion.
Quite expensive too.

The most expensive ramen ever

It felt like I struck gold when I found a real ramen restaurant run by a real Japanese chef at a European airport. And even better: they had a vegan option! So without taking time to convert Danish crowns to euro or yen, I ordered a bowl. It was very busy and it took "Ramen to biiru" (ramen and beer) some time to prepare, which I think is a good thing. It means every bowl is fresh.

When finally served it felt like gold again: this is a big bowl of ramen, presented beautifully with a nice variety of ingredients (mushrooms, sea weed, spring onions, bamboo shoots). However, this beauty is only skin deep because the layer of vegetables is really thin. Underneath is just a big bowl of noodles in soup. The taste is genuinely Japanese and the ingredients seemed to be a decent quality. Even better: the soup isn't too salty, so one can actually finish the entire bowl (in Japan I usually leave the broth and only eat the solids).

Considering this is airport food, I think the quality is good. And considering this is an airport, finding a vegan option is great. The shock came when I was back home and converted the price to money I can understand. This bowl is FOUR time more expensive than a simple bowl of ramen in Japan, making it my most expensive ramen ever!

PS: This place is accidentally listed as "Ramen to biru" which means "Ramen and buildings" in Japanese, should be "Ramen to biiru" to mean "Ramen and beer" as intended.

Pros: location, vegan option!, rich in ingredients

Cons: expensive, just a thin layer of vegetables and mushrooms

Good quick airport snack

One vegan ramen option on the menu, which was good and did the job waiting in the airport for a while.

Cons: Only one vegan option

Salty pho

I was expecting a little more going off previous reviews. The largest portion was not particularly filling, the noodles were undercooked and the broth so heavily salted, that I didn't sip it up.

Positives - it had shiitake mushrooms.

Would I go again? For £17, no thanks.

Pros: Shitake mushrooms, Customer service

Cons: Overly salty, Undercooked, Expenny

Tasty wait

Ramen bar behind security in CPH. I liked that the vegan option was clearly labeled - and it's also very tasty. Definitely a good options when waiting for boarding!

Airport Vegan Ramen

Another pit stop on our quest to gather some Mikeller stamps for our Mikeller passport. We decided to grab some Ramen in the airport. The portion size was pretty big (bigger then I expected) and it was actually quite decent. Would recommend if you are in this terminal!

Great plant-based ramen

Have tried their vegan ramen and it was tasty, especially for an airport food. The portion was big and filling, I enjoyed it. Only negative comment - the spoons are flat and really hard to use.

Fine Ramen 👌

Had the vegan ramen and it was just ok! Missed some more protein like tofu, but otherwise tasteful.

Pros: Vegan ramen!

Cons: Not the most exciting ramen
