It's ramen - it only takes 1 - Edit
Ordered the Sublime Vegan, which is the only vegan choice for ramen and lives up to its name. Dense textured broth, crispy tofu so soft inside, first rate homemade noodles, excellently fresh veggies. Be aware that spice level 1 of 5 is what I would call medium. They also have vegan gyoza so if you don't mind a limited menu, this is excellent.
