Scam! Be careful with the prices! - Edit
Yesterday, I went to this place and asked for a meal combo/deal that was marked as £17 for a main, a side, and a drink. I selected one of the sides that were included in the description of the combo: the gyozas. When I was about to pay, they wanted to charge me £19. I asked why they wanted to charge me more, and they replied that if I selected the gyozas, there's an extra charge of £2. What?! That's not written on the big menu.
Read moreI changed my order and asked just for the garlic ramen, and once again, when I was about to pay, they wanted to charge me £12.50. How come it's £12.50? On the big menu, it is mentioned £10 for any soup-less ramen. The employee fixed the price for me, but I got the feeling that they want to advertise low prices and charge extra for distracted people. Basically, they are trying to extract money from the customers.
Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing, but because they are not honest, I need to give 2 stars and alert you to this scam!

It tastes good but - Edit
It’s not very authentic I would say. The spicy tan tan men had a great peanut base but the spicy chilli oil was literally laoganma, a Chinese store bought chilli oil. I thought things would at least be home made but it doesn’t seem like it was.

Disappointed - Edit
I am allergic to soya and their sauce contains both soya milk and soy sauce. I asked if I could just have noodles and vegetables. I was firmly told no. If they just brought a carton of coconut milk and a bottle of tamari soy sauce they could sell way more meals. Soya allergies are quite common.

Cons: Everything has to have the soya based sauce

Best. Ramen. Ever. - Edit
I had just come from Paris where I thought I had my favorite vegan ramen but nope, Ramen Impossible quickly stole that crown away. So so good. We got the spicy tantanmen (I loved the Szechuan crisp in it) and their soupless ramen with the garlic flavor. Both came with some delicious vegan chicken (and also a nice dollop of very tasty cream). The broth, the noodles, the flavors - wow. I would come here all the time if I lived in London. Very excited to visit the Amsterdam location

Delicious! - Edit
The ramen was delicious, in my opinion one of the best ramens in London. My fiancé had the sliders and loaded fries which were also very tasty.

It was ok - Edit
I have slightly different standards for ramen. It was quite pleasant but lacking a depth of flavour and just too sweet, same goes for the chicken sliders. They use quite cheap toppings. Having said that this should appeal to casual ramen eaters, I prefer something with a bit more soul.

Great lunch time offer (on the left) for £5 - but you'd be crazy not to come here and have the Tan Tan (Soupy) Ramen - it's amazing! Vegan Kraft beer from a separate store too!!

Good dry ramen - Edit
Menu of ramen soft drink curry fries is £17. Their recommended dry ramen (marked with “try these first!” on the menu) were pretty good. As someone who prefers non-soupy food I still felt like it was missing a flavorful broth though. If I could go back in time I’d probably have gone for the classic ramen.

Whilst I 99% of the time go for a soupy ramen. Today I thought I'd go for the highly sought after bowl of Impossible Soupless ramen and wow just wow! My taste buds are happy. They are 100% vegan so even better ✨♥️
I opted for super garlic but there were also options for:
•Classic
•Spicy tan tan
•Truffle
I definitely need to go back to try their traditional soupy ramen 🍜
Highly recommended. I absolutely loved this and will most definitely come back for more!!

Pros: All vegan, Amazing taste, Best ramen ever!
