Clearly marked veggie soup - Edit
The veggie options are clearly marked, and the soup is hot, with a good portion. I got the spicy veggie soup in the build your own ramen, which I would say is a medium-mild spicy level. The only "protein" option for vegans is veggie gyoza. If they just had some tofu or tempeh as another option, it would be a lot better and is also really easy to have on offer.

Items are clearly identified on the menu. I didn’t get a picture of what I ordered because I dove into it immediately. But it was good food and came out quickly. Very easy to add variety to your meal.

Fair price, but not the best ramen - Edit
You can put together your own ramen and choose different noodles, broths and vegetables. Unfortunately, there are only gyozas as special protein for vegans, but they were very tasty. The ramen itself was average. Not bad, but not outstanding either. There are a few seats inside.
