I went there a couple of times they make vegan katsu ramen that is indistinguishable from regular katsu. They also have 3 other vegan ramen options

Interesting Japanese themed restaurant - Edit
This place is situated near the old town down a side street. It's interior is of a Japanese theme with lots of anime and Pokémon on the walls. The ramen was a little bland for my tastes, but a few good vegan options that are very clearly labelled.

I have been here the last two years I have been in Las Palmas. They have the best vegan Ramen ever! And you can get it super spicy if you want.
