Ramen - Edit
I loved the fact that there was a separate page with all the vegan options listed. So wes very easy to see what choice was available.

Good ramen - Edit
Menu had a few vegan ramen options, gyozas, bao bun and some mochis. I ordered a ramen with tofu, it was tasty and the portion size was very generous!

Nothing special - and waaaay to many spices - Edit
I know Asian cuisine doesn’t hold back on spices, but this was a whole other level. My miso ramen? So salty, it was like salt was the main ingredient. That’s all I could taste! My partner went for the dragon spicy ramen, and wow, it was all heat and no flavor—no sweet, no sour, none of those layers that make Asian cooking so amazing.

Best vegan ramen - Edit
This is a vegan ramen chain across Madrid, as I saw multiple locations across the city. They have an entire page of vegan options! I had the kasai vegan shoyu ramen and it was so good! The vegan protein they used was so filling and chewy. I’ve had ramen in many different cities and I’m surprised to say that this is one of the best vegan ramens I’ve had! I went back twice.
Read moreThey had multiple vegan ramens to choose from! Usually ramen places will only have one option so it’s nice to see more than one.

Ramen place with three distinct vegan ramen options - Edit
I absolutely loved this place. They have a dedicated vegan menu page with three different ramens - we got shoyu and miso peanut based ramen, both of which were so filling and comforting. I didn't like the amount of red onions in my ramen. it would have been better with spring onion instead. This place also has a vegan bao and has additional vegetarian options.

Best vegan ramen in Madrid - Edit
I frequented here often when I lived in Madrid. They have a separate vegan menu and the gyozas and ramen are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Tasty vegan ramen - Edit
Pretty much the same options as in the rest of restaurants of this chain. They have now reduced the vegan ramen dishes to 3 different options, all of them with Heura pb chicken, but this is still a good range of choices for a non-vegan restaruant. They have a few asian dishes as well (vegan curry and vegan udon) but I'd definitely go for one of their vegan ramens. The noodles in the one I ordered were a bit undercooked at one of the tips but still deserving four stars

Very good ramen - Edit
I would give it a 5 if HappyCow would allow me to do so :). Overall very good, they have multiple vegan options in their menu (rice, ramens, gyoza and mochi). The vegan ramen I got was amazing.
