Me encanta el dragón ramen (picante con proteína de heura y verduras frescas)! Hay una página de la carta con 3 sopas veganas, y otras opciones como bao son marcadas claramente.

I managed to be squeezed into a table by the serving hatch late on Saturday night, having massively underestimated the challenge of getting a table for dinner in Madrid on a Saturday without a reservation. The dragon ramen was delicious although I have to say I could take or leave whatever the vegan protein was. I think it would have been better with more veggies instead.

Really good value and tasty ramen in a fun environment! The staff were friendly and the food was fresh tasting and quick to be served. There were even vegan options on the specials menu

The vegan ramen is very nice, especially when spicy. It includes vegan protein. The vegan veggie gyozas are great.

Clearly labelled veggie, taste disappointing - Edit
The vegan and vegetarian options were clearly labelled, and there was an English menu available. I ordered the vegan 'ramen' without broth, which unfortunately was way too salty and very oily, I paid 8,80€. The staff spoke English and it was possible to pay by card.

Tienen menú del día con una sola opción vegana marcada en el menú, traen gratis chips, dan guiozas de primero, ramen con Eura sabor pollo de segundo y bebida en mi caso Heineken 0.0. La atención fue muy buena, muy agradable el lugar y limpio, hice la reservacion desde Google y llegué y aun no la habían revisado pero igual la respetaron y no tardaron nada en traer la comida. Fueron €11 por todo entonces creo que es bastante justo. Me cambiaron el postre por una infusión porque sus postres todos tenían leche de vaca.

Hottest ramen ever! - Edit
They list like 5-6 vegan ramen dishes on the menu, all come with Heura brand plant-based chicken. Watch out because they're really hot. We took the advice of the nice waitress and had the chilli pepper sauce aside, so we added as much (or as little) as we wanted. Nice manga themed restaurant BTW, they were even playing nice Japanesse pop music all the time.
