Serves meat, vegan options available. Ramen restaurant based in Spain with a separate vegan menu that includes ramen, rice / noodle dishes and starters. Open Mon-Sun 11:00-22:00.
They have three types of vegan ramen (recognisable as vegan through the allergens listed), but none of them were available when I was there, so I just had two portions of gyoza, which were tasty, but nothing special.
you can easily remove the eggs to make it vegan. Ordering is through a tablet, although it's hard to figure it out when you're not a native speaker (french).
Cute interior with many tables. It's right next to the train station at the beginning of a sketchy looking street. Staff was super nice. You order on a screen at your table. Allergens are clearly marked. They have at least 3 vegan ramen. We got the wakame salad and the pinattsu ramen and liked it quite a lot.
It's a chain restaurant. I've already been to the one in Barcelona - liked their food there even better.
To sum it up: decent choice, quite cheap (about 17euro for a bowl of ramen) close to the train station.
I tried the veggie ramen, not the best in my life but ok. Tons of onions, pay attention if you don't like them.
Convenient location close to the main station
