i already tried their ramen somewhere else in Spain, so I would say they have consistently good ramen, everything well labeled, good gyoza as well, but of course, it's a place full of meat and there's not too many vegan options, but in las palmas there's barely anything fully vegan so..

loved the fried gyoza, wasn't too crazy about the ramen-- i'm usually a fan of heura but the chicken just didn't work for me. different levels of spice, went for a 2 just in case but my partner's 3 was much more flavorful.

El peor ramen que he probado. Un caldo con mucho sabor pero sin gracia. Cuatro toppings sin mucha conexión entre ellos y unos fideos de poca calidad. Me hice unos fideos de bolsa esa noche y me supieron igual.

Lots of vegan and vegetarian options - Edit
The food was clearly labelled, with a distinction between vegetarian and vegan. Just shy of 13 euros for a drink, starter and ramen dish. Food came quickly and was tasteful. Highly recommend.

Pretty good ramen chain restaurant. Three vegan options, clearly marked, and a couple of vegan sides, like dumplings. The staff was friendly, the price was fair, the food okay.
