There are 4 small dishes/starters and 3 types of Ramen that are vegan. We had number 41. They were all out of the vegan protein and didn’t have anything to supplement it. They said they would give us more veggies but there were obviously not more on there. The soup could have been richer, we definitely had better Ramen before.

They have several vegan options: gyozas, different types of ramen and one type of bao.

Definitely would try again, although I wish they added more vegan variety, including dessert!

Was not expecting that many vegan options, nor was I counting on them using proper vegan "meat" and allergen/vegan labeling.
Read moreBut my experience was so enhanced by them going the extra mile. There's labeled vegan gyozas and bao and several vegan ramen and rice dishes on the menu that actually were different from one another (take that Takumi).
I know it's a franchise but, what can I say, it banged.
