Love the vegan ramen - Edit
Menu isn’t huge so have an only couple of vegan options isn’t a big deal. Their vegan ramen is probably the best I’ve ever had. I no longer live in Florida and this is the ramen I compare all other vegan ramen to when I have it. The gold standard, if you will!!

Only one option. Okay. - Edit
Definitely better than no options at all but it only had one vegan option, tho that option wasnt bad. The staff were under-educated on what veganism is and kept asking if i wanted to add non-vegan things to my ramen even tho i said i was vegan.

Just ok - Edit
Tex Mex American style Ramen. Not traditional flavours as in Asia. The vegan ramen had cauliflower and corn which was weird. I was hoping for Gai Lan or Bai Cai. The hot sauce they gave me was Mexican style red pepper. I ate the entire thing. Not hot enough. The dumplings were ok. The sauce accompaniment was way too sweet. Not an authentic experience by any measure. But ok for vegan fast food.

Delicious vegan ramen - Edit
I have slurped a lot of vegan ramen and am happy to report the bowl at Ramen Lab Eatery is quite delicious! Full of corn, bok choy, soft tofu, mushrooms, and garnishes, the real star is the piping hot flavorful broth. Would love to try more items on the menu next time!

It’s a winner ! - Edit
We walked right in and immediately saw the vegan noodle dish and also ordered vegetable Gyoza for appetizer. They brought us some crazy spicy sauces which further enhanced the dish. Definitely a good find here in the neighborhood and will return!

Great Ramen - Edit
Easy ordering, got the vegan ramen with the udon noodles. Not a lot of options but it was very good, might want to ask for a hot sauce if you like more spice.

Vegan ramen is great - Edit
They have vegan ramen, Age dashi tofu that is vegan if remove fish flakes, and vegetable dumplings that are vegan. Vegan ramen is delicious albeit not that authentic- tasting.

Good ramen, limited options - Edit
*UPDATE (7.31.20): Their current online menu is inaccurate the cauliflower is no longer vegan!
Read moreI think they must have changed their vegan ramen since the last reviews; mine was spicy and full of flavor. The vegan options are limited though. But if you need something quick and easy, I say give it a try!

Suboptimal - Edit
The yelp reviews for this place were good, should have checked Happy Cow before going. The protein dish I ordered didn’t taste fresh and the sauce was unbalanced. The vegan ramen was bland and boring.

Very mediocre ramen - Edit
I had very high expectations coming to this place. They have clearly marked vegan items on the menu, murals that reference my weeb friend's favorite anime, on paper this place sounds like a dream. I got the medium heat vegan ramen bowl which basically consisted of vegetable broth, assorted veggies, and soft tofu (who the heck uses anything but extra firm?). It was good, but for $12 I expect authentic tasty goodness and I was met with utter mediocrity. I wish I could recommend a better ramen place in South FL, but I don't know any.
