My fav ramen place in Alicante - Edit
Kagura is a Spanish ramen chain that arrived in Alicante about a year ago. It's one of my fav ramen places in the city! I've been there many times and always had great experiences. Besides some plant-based appetizers, they have two clearly marked vegan ramens on the menu: Miso Vegano, the one I always go for, and Tantanmen Vegano. On weekends and holidays, they also serve sushi (3 vegan options available), and on weekdays, there's a lunch menu including an appetizer, main, drink, and dessert (vegan mochis! 😍) for a great price. They do take bookings, but it's not needed, as the place is big and there are always spots available. I'm a big fan of ramen and highly recommend Kagura 😋
