Tasty easy option for family dinner

Yummy ramen and a good option when eating with Omni fam/friends on a cold night. I added the option of “less salty” but it was still very salty haha so keep that in mind!

Unfortunately neither of the two vegan ramens contain much protein…could definitely do with some braised tofu!
