Good ramen - Edit
It’s good! I really liked the flavor and toppings. Not too salty (my meat eating coworker said his choice was). The undressed cold slabs of tofu is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

Quality Vegan Ramen - Edit
I'm always on the look out for good vegan ramen and Ippo gets it right. Currently the only kind is the Potage Ramen which is a thick creamy potato soup base. Instead of doing an exact imitation of non vegan ramen, this ramen tries something a little different and the result is delicious. If you ever need a nice hearty bowl of noodles and vegetables to sooth your soul, I would recommend Ramen Ippo.
Read moreFor the pescatarians there is a cold ramen salad that looks super delicious on a hot day. But it is made with fish sauce so I haven't been able to try it.
