Only one vegan option - Edit
I went here on a cold Bay Area evening. You're greeted with a welcome as you walk in. I ordered the only vegan option "build your own." The broth has organic soy milk and sesame. Since I didn't order the tofu steaks, I could choose up to five items to add. I chose corn, green onions, bean sprouts, bamboo, and seaweed. You can choose a spicy sauce free of charge. The seaweed salad is another fee. I'm not sure it's vegan because I ate it and there was a creamy or thousand island flavor to it. Just make sure to double check with the server. Overall, it is delicious. I remember it being more delicious the first time I came here. The seats are metal, so on a cold evening and sitting on the chairs, it wasn't so pleasant. I wish there were more options like a gluten free option or another vegan option to add additional flavors to the broth. Otherwise, I would recommend going to this place if you live around or near Fremont. I wouldn't go out of my way unless I need my ramen fix.

I’ve been here quite a bit. They have their vegan ramen clearly labeled on the menu. Tofu ‘steak’ is perfectly cooked and juicy. The flavor of the vegan broth has changed once since I first started to come here, but still delicious.

I love this place. It’s incredibly to make it vegan since it’s build your own and their broth/option is clearly labeled “vegan.” Their tofu steak is so juicy and they make their noodles in house so you know they’re good.

Great ramen place that lets you build your own ramen bowl starting with vegan soup, add tofu steak and then your choice of 3 toppings such as seaweed, bamboo shoot, bean sprout, green onion, spinach, black mushroom and corn.
Read moreThe broth was absolutely delicious - creamy and satisfying yet light. My friend and I both tried the tofu steak and didn't like the flavours - it had a somewhat fishy flavour. Not sure if this is typical. Next time we would just omit the tofu because it really isn't needed with the soup, noodles and toppings. I also had the seaweed salad as a side for $2 which is an absolute bargain! It was delicious and full of seaweed varieties. Can't wait to come again.

Cons: Tofu steak didn't taste good.

It won't let me do a 5 star review, but this place deserves it. They were very nice and friendly during the ordering process, and the food was delicious. The Tofu even had a really nice flavour. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing and cute. The owner's wife hand drew all of the art on the walls and windows! The food was filling and appealing, as was the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area. ❤️

I would of 5 stared but happy cow wouldnt let me? This place is the most chill ramen spot with delicious vegan ramen at a great price and such a great soundtrack for relaxing while you eat. 10/10 will recommend this place to others and i will definitely be back over and over again!
