Good ramen and nice après ski atmosphere

Veg ramen in clear broth. Tasty but limited veg menu.

Pros: Nice atmosphere , Veg ramen is good and filling

Cons: Serves meat

Best vegan ramen in Japan

We ate here almost every night of our 5 night stay in Niseko in January 2025. Owners Miho and Joe are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the vegan/vegetarian ramen option was the best we had the entire trip.
