Miso ramen - Edit
I would definitely go again. You order from a tablet on the wall (credit card only) and vegan is clearly marked. The miso ramen was incredible. After you order you get a little checklist from the chefs asking about noodle thickness, spice level, etc, so it is super customized. Truly delicious.

Personally I prefer my ramen soup thicker but I enjoyed the food anyway! Gyoza was also very delicious
