Unfortunately they use a soy sauce with fish in it - Edit
On the menu they have a vegetarian labelled ramen which appeared to be vegan, but luckily I ask whether it was really vegan and the waiter told me that their soy sauce used in the ramen contained a small amout of fish sauce and they couldn't prepare a vegan version of it. I was really disappointed because I came here on purpose for the ramen. So I had few appetizers which were vegan:the vegetable gyoza and vegetable fried wraps which were ok but not enough to fill me. I came out very hungry and angry!

Read moreThe veggie Ramen was delicious: wheat noodles and veggie broth with spinach, bok choy, baby corn, fried asparagus, cabbage, shitake mushrooms, mung bean sprouts and Japanese style tofu! You can choose spicy or not spicy.
