Ramen is not vegan - Edit
The ramen here is not vegan, as there is egg in the noodles. There are 2 vegan soup bases, and they will use rice noodles on request in those. The soup is excellent, but far from filling.
Read morePros: Tasty soup and tofu, and seaweed salad.
Cons: Few vegan options, no ramen.

The restaurant was small and seemed like under construction but again promising atmosphere for after construction. The place is small so you are always too close to the table next to you and kind of loud. There was only one vegan option for which you have to ask to the waitress. (dough is made with eggs, they offer glass noodles instead) On the other hand, staff was super helpful, food was tasty and the portion was big. I think for the vegan or vegetarian option, it is quite expensive though.

Es gibt ein vegetarisches Gericht, das auf Wunsch vegan erhältlich ist (Die Ramen sind nicht vegan, als Veganer bekommt man Glasnudeln).

There is only one dish which can be veganized, so ask for the vegan Ramen (miso brew with rice noodles), they'll show you.
