IM SO HAPPY! - Edit
As in Azerbaijan it's not that simple to find something vegan - it's really hard to be true. Even we were the guests of the government, hotels were totally unprepared to serve anything which is not a cucumber and tomato in a salad.... apart of that I truly like cucumbers and tomatoes...😉spending over a week in these conditions were too poor for me. And then !!!! we found RAMA! So greateful, so delicious, well-priced, people who run the place are very kind, everything is just perfect! delighful! yummyyyyy!

I was there yesterday within the opening hours and it's closed. It was also not directly where google maps took me but close to it.

Welcoming Owner, Location near Metro, Good food - Edit
I visited this place twice during my Baku stay and left satisfied both times. Prices are very reasonable (1.5-3.5 Manat) and within a very easy walk from 28 May Metro and 28 May Mall. About 25 minute walk from Nizami Street area. Owner Ulfat (an ISCKONite) is very welcoming and is able to explain what the item is. I had Soup, Bread, and Veggie Garden dishes first time, had rice with cutlet and veggies second time, and took falafel to go third time. Highly recommended.

Great place - Edit
The owner is very welcoming and smiling, he speaks a little English and told us which items from the menu where vegan. Sandwiches and dishes cost between 1.5 and 3.5 AZN.
