Tasty and Accommodating - Edit
Ram Cafe offers at least a few vegan options at a time. They almost always have beyond burgers, as well as falafels and salads that you can customize. They mark their menu so you know what items are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. The owner is very friendly and is more than willing to accommodate certain dietary requirements.

Good amount of vegetarian and vegan options - Edit
This little café usually has beyond meatballs, beyond burgers, black bean burgers, sweet thai chile tofu, and a vegetarian/vegan soup on the menu, as well as a bunch of veg sides and grab-and-go options. Usually everything is labeled as vegetarian or vegan. Great if you're in the area.
