Good ramen

The place is often full, so make sure to come either before noon or after 1:30pm.
The menu offers 2 veggie options which is miso based broth and comes with lots of nice toppings such as soya sprouts, spring oignons, carrot, radish, corn and fresh spinach. You can choose to add some tofu as well for the protein.
The ramen is served in a nice looking and good sized bowl. I had chosen for the “spicy” broth, however, spiciness was not there at all, which is a pity, since you pay for this option.
I also find it a bit over the top that you need to pay extra for the tofu, while all the other ramens have a “meaty” protein included in the bowl.
However, the taste was good, despite missing the spiciness.
Please note that when seated inside of the restaurant, you might smell like ramen while leaving ;-).

Delicious Ramen

You can customise your Ramen here. Veggie option comes with eggs but you can ask them to remove. The broth for veggie Ramen is vegan. Add tofu, lak choy, wholewheat noodles and spicy broth for extra taste. They only do a few dishes, and not many other vegan options beside this unfortunately but Ramen is a must try.
