The broth was incredible, would be nice to cook or at the very least warm the tofu and mushrooms before adding them to the soup. The tofu was refrigerator cold and rather unpleasant, the broth is simply not hot enough to heat tofu all the way through. My first waitress was rude and unhelpful when asking about the different broth flavours. Not in a hurry to come back but has potential.

It’s a 5 star place but Happy Cow won’t let me give it more than 4 stars. I absolutely love this ramen! The broth is velvety and full of flavor. I like to add extra mushrooms and broccoli. Wish there was a location near me, but when I’m in Coppell I always swing by and get some to go.

All the bases for their ramen are vegan. The menu is over half vegan. It’s really a dream come true in the lack-of-choice area of Coppell.

Deep umami broth, real stuff! - Edit
I used to love going to Rakkan Ramen in California and they opened this location in Coppell! The broth is amazing, it’s deep and real. Ugh just so much flavors. Highly highly recommend trying it out.
