Delicious Homemade Style Thai Vegan Food - Edit

This place has a very homey feel with its cute wooden tables and counter of about 6 pre-made dishes of vegan ("jay") Thai food. It was only 30THB for rice and 2 dishes the several times I went and the owner/chef was always very kind, though with limited English. Not to worry, everything is 100% vegan all the time. All you have to do is point. My favorites have been the sweet/tangy mushroom mock meat, the tofu/veg coconut curry, and the fried tofu with morning glory, though everything I've tried has been great. It's only open for lunch so get there early.

Basic Jay (Vegan) Food - Edit

This is a very basic Jay (Vegan)canteen style restaurant. It has a small selection about 6 dishes. It's cheap at 45 baht for rice and 2 ladles of food.

If this restaurant were a house it would be a fixer upper. I got the feeling it was really nice once but it's a bit run down now. The food was average as was the service. Two star for being vegan and just being there as an option. Could try harder.
