Good food - Edit
Food is reasonably priced for premade and tastes good. It's fast and they friendly staff what's vegan.
It's mostly premade and they heat it for you.
Desserts are very good & several are vegan. Also have big selection of snacks.
Pros: good value, fast, friendly staff
Cons: premade

Reliable, inexpensive, filling food. - Edit
The women who work here are very helpful, courteous and lovely. That is important because ere are many dishes made with dairy products, and they cheerfully steered me to the smaller more limited vegan selection of lunches and deserts.
It was all very tasty, filling and inexpensive. With the Spartan décor it's probably a better place for a quick lunch or take out than dinner.
There is a huge selection of traditional, colorful attractive nut filled sweets.
I'd give it a higher rating but for my own prejudice in favor of more greens, less heavy and fried foods. But if this is what you want, you won't go wrong.
Pros: Authentic, Inexpensive, Friendly and helpful
Cons: Lots of tasty looking but dairy foods., Many fried foods, albeit traditional , spartan decor

Good homely tasting Indian food - Edit
This place is located in the heart of Hicksville on 107S. It is in midst of the growing South Asian community in Long Island.
Their menu is huge and at least 50 varieties of Vegetarian Indian food. The Samosas were the best I have ever tasted. For about $10 you can have a full meal, including drinks and dessert.
I was amazed by the atmosphere, seemed like the staff knew almost each and every of the customers who walked in. It was like a family place.
The choice of ethnic Indian sweets was enormous and I ate Gulab Jamun and Jalebi. Both were delicious.
The Mango Lassi was just perfect.
The place is casual but has ample seating of about 40 people and I saw some youngsters taking advantage of the free Internet.
Overall my experience was great and was also treated well by the counter staff. The place was spotless and very clean.
Definately have the Samosas and also the spicy cashews.
Pros: Excellent value, Good Quality, Friendly staff
