Natural food store offering selections in health products and foods. Has a simple cafe inside serving vegetarian (except tuna) soup, salad, raw food, sandwich, tea, fresh juices, and smoothies. Located east of Las Vegas strip. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-7:00pm, Sun 11:00am-5:00pm. Café is closed on Sundays except for juices and smoothies.

Not a place for fresh produce - Edit
I was staying at a hotel nearby and walked here one morning hoping to find some organic fresh fruit for breakfast, but all they had were apples. Actually there wasn't much for fresh produce, but they had an alright selection for supplements, beauty products, and dry groceries. So if you are nearby and need these things quick, this place might be worth a look. Otherwise I would just move on...

Nice little health food market in Las Vegas - Edit
We stopped in and bought some supplies at Rainbow's End in Vegas while attending a tea convention. It's a moderate size store with a mom-n-pop feel (independently owned). The decor is simple/basic and the selection all right--has all the snacks and foods one would look for at a natural food store. Inside is also a deli/cafe where you could grab a sandwich or soup or snack. Staff was friendly.
