unassuming location, great food - Edit
Love the cooked greens and other healthy choices. Husband enjoys the spanakopita. Eat in (pay at register, then go to small dining room at rear of store) or take out. They also have wrapped, single-portion vegan desserts near the dining room. Some dishes seem over-salted. I stopped getting the scrambled tofu because it was salty too many times. I no longer get the rice; I don't like the way it tastes. But there are so many choices--so unexpected in a small store--that I still love the place.
Pros: fresh, wholesome food, compostable containers for take-out

It's pretty descent .... - Edit
I have gone there about 7 times. The hot bar is pretty ok. The food can sometimes be a bit bland, like the spaghetti and meatballs I bought yesterday, but I have had some things there that were better tasting, and it's so good to know that that place is there when I need something to eat while I am at work! I really appreciates the rest of the store as well. Nice selection of herbs and things. I will continue to support, but they really need better cooks for the prepared foods. I'm a supporter tho'
Pros: herbs, prepared desserts, good customer service
Cons: some bland tastng prepared foods

amazing buffet - Edit
I love the food here. It's a store and a restaurant. The store has meat available to buy, but the buffet is completely vegetarian with vegan options clearly marked. You pile as much as you want onto a plate or take-out box. They weigh it and you pay based on the weight. Don't forget to try the vegan cakes!

great buffet - Edit
I get takeaway from here all the time. The buffet is all vegetarian with vegan items clearly marked. The veggies are delicious! I can't make them this good myself, so I stock up here for a few days.

Well stocked small natural food store - Edit
Went to Rainbow Natural Foods after eating at the restaurant in the same plaza. Has a great selection of products-- books, vitamins, food at good prices. Cashier was really nice as were the other patrons. I didn't try any of the precooked meals or juices or go to the hot bar-- will definitely do so next time.

Delightful and delicious - Edit
My granddaughter and I decided to try out Rainbow Natural Foods as we drove thru Atlanta because of a positive review on Happy Cow. that positive review is well deserved! We chose the hot bar. My granddaughter chose the vegetable soup and raved about it. I delved into an assortment of delicious vegetables , all tasty and healthfully prepared. What a treat (and relief) when traveling to find tasty, healthy vegan nourishment!
Travelers will be glad to know it's located not far off I-85 and is easy to navigate to and find.
I'll definitely eat at Rainbow on my next trip thru Atlanta.
Also -- another great find in the store: bags of popcorn with( or without) nutritional yeast. A perfect snack to carry along on our trip.
Pros: Healthy vegan choices, Lots of choices, Delicious
Cons: None
