Vegan chocolate cake - Edit
I’ve not tried any of the main dishes here but I really enjoyed the vegan chocolate cake. It was covered with toasted seeds and a dark chocolate sauce. It wasn’t a traditional tasting chocolate cake but still really good.

Amazing place with a big selection of vegan options! The Location , the seating, the staff , the music , the atmosphere and of course the food is fantastic! I had both breakfast and dinner here and it was so delicious!

Ich war während meinem Aufenthalt in Ella mehrmals dort essen. Die veganen Pancakes sind sehr lecker. Auch das Brot mit Tofu und die Gnocchis waren sehr lecker. Es gibt viele Milchalternativen (sehr teuer, aber scheint hier überall so zu sein).

This place was fabulous. Very comfortable and inviting and the food was excellent. I had grilled tofu on rye toast with guacamole and the tofu was absolutely delicious. Wish I could go back for more. #Veganuary

Jackfruit burgers were very tasty and huge! Plus fun to be able to personalise your burger. In general good amount of vegan options and labelling. Friendly and attentive staff despite the busyness of the restaurant. You might need to wait 5-10 mins for a table.

We tried the pancakes and the peanut butter smoothie bowl. Pancakes were yummy but the smoothie bowl was way too sweet for us. However overall good experience, friendly staff and loved the blue sky tea !

I went to the rainbow cafe several times and loved the location. They offer 3 Sri Lankan dishes the rest is all rather western. From 5-6 they offer a happy hours deal - buy one, get one free.

We came here for lunch and had Tropical Feelings mocktail to drink and Tropical Thunder for main. My boyfriend also had the curry in a hurry and a coffee & banana milkshake. Sadly the milkshakes and lassies couldn’t be veganised despite alternative milks being available as they include ice cream and buffalo curd. But there were loads of other options to choose from - including MULTIPLE VEGAN DESSERTS! I highly recommend the Tropical Feelings drink. Note that portion sizes are large. I could only eat half of the delicious sago mango dessert 🥲

Loved this spot! Everything we ordered (burgers, tofu, smoothie bowls) were so tasty. The restaurant also has a vegan cake of the day special where they donate half the money to dogs of ella to help the street dogs!
