I went at 9:15pm on a Tuesday night and they were closed. Totally depressing. Ultimately found a place open late with patacones with tomato sauce - always a go-to option in Colombia for vegans when there is nothing else

Cozy restaurant with vegan options - Edit
Seems like the only place with vegan options here in Necoclí. It's located next to the Parque Principal in a small pedestrian street. Seating is completely outside in a small garden. When asking for vegetarian meal, staff directly asked if we were vegan and offered three options on the menu that could be made vegan (lentil burger, burrito with vegetables, sandwich with vegetables).
