Only and good - Edit
The only vegetarian restaurant we found so far served us well and many times during our stay in Vladivostok. Food was tasty and prices were really affordable. It is not located in the real center of the city but as it is along the biggest routes in the city it easy to access by bus or walking. Offers wide range of food from Indian to Sushi and traditional Russian dishes. Menu is changing everyday and during the day they ran out some dishes. So better to go early. Stuff is mainly speaking russian but some of them speaks little english and german. Besides the restaurant is the shop.

Found this place with a bit of wandering around. The map here is wrong and the streets are kind of confusing for us. Heading north on Okeansky Street (from, for example, Central Plaza by the water), you will come to Pokrowski Park & Cathedral on the right. Continue on the street for about five more minutes, the restaurant will be on the left. You can see a sign in roman letters saying "vegetarian cuisine."

I am trying to get there whenever I could. The price is low but the meals are awesome! But no wi-fi
