Beware If You Have Allergies ..Basic Vegan Food - Edit

Beware if you have allergies and be vigilant...I contacted Rags and was assured two dishes off the vegan menu accommodated my diet and allergies as long as their homemade salad dressing was omitted as it contained mustard so I said I would be happy with just olive oil. I had to leave the restaurant to be sick and suffered other symptoms I won't go into during the meal and into the following day after I found mustard seeds lurking on the plate mixed in with my salad. I pointed this out to our waitress yet the Head Chef insisted they were not mustard seeds. The waitress brought me the bottle of dressing (not homemade after all) and it contained brown mustard seeds! The staff were very apologetic and gave us the meal for free although we offered to pay for our drinks, but they would not let us. More training and awareness about allergies is needed.

The vegan options are pretty basic though, my husband's tofu stir fry was bland, the best food was my chickpea & mushroom burger according to my husband (I was unable to eat it) but would have been better with some chips and a burger bun.
