Radyisya
Restaurant affiliated with an art and yoga center. Menu is Russian but has photos of the food. Could get a vegan Russian borscht. Owner will point out which items are vegan.

One of the three vegetarian restaurants that just opened recently. The atmosphere is very nice and the people super friendly. They speak very poor English, but I was lucky to have locals with me who could translate. The menu is very varied and they offer traditional vegan borscht! I was so happy to be able to taste this national dish!
Pros: Vegan borscht, Varied menu, Many vegan dishes
Cons: Staff barely speaks English
