Modern little place on the street level of a tall building. Air conditioned. Offers a changing buffet daytime and night. The daytime buffet is vegan friendly and generally has different types of vegetable meats, plantains, tofu dishes, salsa, and more. Pay by how many items you want. In addition to "comida por la vista", there is a regular menu items which includes falafel, veggie burgers, samosas, spring rolls, lacto-veg pizza, chalupas, and many other dishes. Located near the Sheraton Hotel and Burger King. Reported closed to HappyCow.

Lots of Vegetarian Versions of Panamanian Food

The other vegetarian places in Panama City have mostly Chinese food--this place has almost half their dishes being (probably) Panamanian food (at least the day I went) and the other half being a mix of other cuisines (Indian, Thai, Chinese, Italian, etc.). Their buffet was somewhat small (maybe 10 items) but fairly creative (I had a couple things I'd never had before anywhere). About half the items were vegan--they'll point out these items to you. This is a "pay by the item" buffet restaurant, though prices vary with each item (generally $1-3, depending on the portion size). The food tastes pretty good overall, though I'd prefer more vegan items.

Pros: creative menu, tasty, helpful staff

Cons: a lot of lacto-ovo items

Meat????

Namaste!!! i have been on that restaurant a plenty of times but i never have seen any meat, as far as i know they are Gaudiya Vaishnavas lacto vegetarians, can someone give more details about that
