Great finds

This supermarket has a wide variety of vegan goods not available in most shops. The staff is nice and helpful, and very knowledgeable about what goes into each of their products. They also have a lovely beauty and nutrition section. Some of their items are more pricey, especially those you can find in normal supermarkets such as IGA or Provigo.

Pros: Lots of variety, Knowledgeable staff, Convenient location

Cons: A bit pricey for some items

Overpriced undervalued

Disappointed by new store, I miss the cheaper prices and better variety of previous store

Pros: Supplements vitamins and body products, Loyal customers from previous owners

Cons: Expensive, Reduced shelf space for organic fruit and veggies, Reduced vegan offerings

Highly Recommended

Great store. Name has changed to Rachelle-Béry. Check their weekly flyer on the Internet for specials and to find many store and boutique locations across Quebec. Good specials on organic fruits and vegetables. They also serve vegetarian meals at noontime from Monday to Saturday. Or you can buy healthy prepackaged meals and heat them up in their microwave. Seating area with small tables and chairs.

Nice Shop

This is a good place to find organic veggies and fruits, as well as vegan/vegetarian products, grains, nuts, oils, etc. They also have a book and music section.
