Unexpected 100% vegan pop-up experience - Edit
We were shopping at the Solon farmers market and had a surprise encounter with this food truck. The surprise was that not only was it there but that the menu was 100% vegan.
Read moreDid we ever sample a lot! We enjoyed the rainbow salad with chunks of baked tofu and crispy chili and delicious peanut sauce. That was accompanied by a huge of slice of fresh bread slathered with eggplant Kanata sauce.
Finally, we ended the meal with another huge slice of fresh bread topped with freshly sliced peaches, nut butter, and maple syrup. Were we ever stuffed.
Although we loved everything, by far, the favorite was the fresh homemade bread. It was so flavorful and beautifully textured.
This food truck is based out of Painesville, but can be found at different locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
