Lovely lunch bowl - Edit
We visited on a saturday and had a lunch bowl with vegetable and tofu curry, rice, chickpea salad, hummous, and green salad. The portion was big and everything was tasty. The interior was very lovely and stylish with a changing art exhibition on the walls.

A "must go" almost full vegan restaurant - Edit
During my living in Vaasa I can't count how many times I went to this restaurant... everyday was like a new experience.
Read moreStarting with their changing art gallery (that you can buy), their "menu of the day" and of course, every day different cakes!.
I must say that I am in love with the avocado sandwich, the best for me!
Pros: New plates and cakes everyday., Lots of vegan options.
Cons: A bit noisy sometimes., People with disability can't go upstairs/wc.

I had a cake and a smoothie at Raawka. The cake was colorfully weird-looking and also the taste was interesting. Green detox smoothie was more "normal". A good choice for a small and different bite.

A reason to come to Vaasa - Edit
I have been a couple of times now to Raawka when I visit my hometown. I must say they really make an effort to make really good food! They obviously use good quality ingredients and really are experts on raw and vegetarian food. (everything is not raw) Some days they have a buffet where you take what you want and pay by weight, some days there is a menu to order from. They always have raw cakes and "sweets". No sugar, of course, but really sweet by natural means, using dates for example. The cakes are extraordinary! I have eaten raw food cakes in many places, and ordinary cakes too but here they make really the best ones! I have now a really good reason to visit my hometown more often although I live realy far away. Warmly recommended!
