Serves meat, vegan options available. Sushi restaurant with a local focus and uses ingredients from nearby areas. Offers veggie maki, nigri, and a vegan set menu called "no fish olsen." Not wheelchair accessible because there is a stair with 16 steps into the eating area. If you explain your diet issues staff can make something for you. Has gluten-free soy sauce. Reservation not necessary but recommended on weekends. Also an outlet in the shopping mall Nerstranda. Open Mon 4:00pm-10:00pm, Tue-Wed 12:00pm-10:00pm, Thu-Sat 12:00pm-11:00pm.

Vegan Sushi done RIGHT - Edit
My companion and I were in need of some incredible vegan sushi, so what better place to go than a restaurant all the way up in Tromso? Well, let me tell you, this was hands down the best place I've ever had sushi. The waitstaff..soooo patient and kind. The chef...so caring and accommodating. We don't eat white rice so the chef replaced it all with daikon. daikon sushi. Ravishingly delicious. Wish I could live there for that food alone.
