Tasty vietnamese food with large portions - Edit

The portions are huge! Me and my boyfriend ordered a curry dish and a soup (very strong vegetable broth soup with noodles and veggies) both were delicious and very filling! I couldn't even finish the soup. The place is very small and there is no bathroom (you can use the one next door), but the food is delicious and not too pricey.

Pros: Good food, Big portions , Nice staff

Cons: Small place, no bathroom , crowded

Awesome! - Edit

Somewhere on Wienerstrasse, a little bit hidden, is a small but very awesome vegan restaurant. It has a great variety of vegan dishes and it all smells, looks and tastes very good! We had an appetiser, main dish and something to drink and it was very affordable. The service is great and these people are running the place with passion. I would really recommend this place :)

Pros: affordable, great variety, tastefully

Cons: a little small

Awesome despite its size - Edit

This was the first place where I ate in Berlin. Me and my boyfriend had spring rolls (the cold version, since we forgot to ask for the fried ones), I had also a curry and my boyfriend some noodles.
The spring rolls were amazing. It was my first time eating noodles and veggies wrapped in rice paper, but it was so tasty together with the hot peanut hoisin sauce. Really good!
My curry was also tasty, it was a bit spicy, but I didn't mind really. My boyfriend's noodles were also really good.
We both ate so much, we could barely move, but it was worth it!

Pros: Really delicious, Lovely place, Nice looking dishes

Cons: The staff's English is not that great, Only German menu

Tasty! - Edit

I was craving asian and this place is great. Very nice vietnamese food regardless of the ingredients, but the fact that it's vegan is wonderful. They make everything from scratch so factor that in if the order takes a while. But it's worth any wait, believe me.

All Vegan, all Viet, all good - Edit

Very authentic cuisine, super flavourful. Lemongrass, red curry, coconut milk... We had the spring roll with the warm and tasty peanut sauce. And two dishes with rice and perfect veggies. The mango coco smoothie is sweet and delectable.

Fresh, clean and honest food, insanely delicious - Edit

We went there after quick search of vegan establishments (happy cow rules:-) during our Berlin weekend. The place looked very welcoming, nice decor, little Buddha statues, calming colours. The tables however were a bit sticky, would make better appearance if properly wiped :-(.
To the point already:
The food was insanely delicious, freshly prepared, clean, colourful and crisp. We tried summer-rolls (great peanut/hoisin cream sauce). Then we went for udon noodles in main and soup - both dishes packed with flavour, spicy, plenty of fresh veggies and wonderful organic tofu. The main was served in bamboo basket which was also really cute :-)
Will be definetely back if we go to Berlin again, otherwise will be dreaming of golden tofu indefinetely

Pros: fresh, insanely delish food, great lemonade, great mains, friendly staff

Cons: a bit sticky table could use cleaning, -

Tasty Vietnamese Food - Edit

An all-vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Kreuzberg! It's really tiny but cozy and friendly. The food is tasty and well-priced (the portions are huge!). A go-to place for a quick, warming meal! On a cold day, try their hot ginger-lemongrass tea :)

Pros: tasty food, big portions

Cons: no bathroom (have to go next door)

Pocket-sized restaurant - Edit

A tiny but cosy Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Kreuzberg. It's almost always packed. A lot of the food is organic. The food is good but not as outstanding as some reviews suggest. Be prepared to wait a while for it, especially if you want take-away. There is no toilet but customers can use one next door.

Pros: Lovely fresh food, A lot of organic produce, Environmentally conscious

Cons: Tiny and crowded, Long waits for food, You have to use the toilet next door

Best vietnamese food ever! - Edit

What a wonderful surprise this small restaurant near Görlitzer Bahnhof. I went there on a snowey evening and the food was absolutely perfect. Tasty, perfectly cooked, good portions, DELICIOUS. And not overpriced for the quality and the quantity. Definitely a good spot!

Pros: Nice staff, Delicious food , Good quality

Cons: Wanted to eat everything, so hard to hav

Really good stuff - Edit

I had lunch here with friend last week. I had a soup with noodles and vegetables (and some tofu), which I found great, he had the Cha Ca (tofu and mushrooms wrapped in seaweed on rice and veggies), which he found a bit on the greasy side, but I liked the taste that I had of it. Overall, from my perspective: really good. It did take a while until our meals came, so maybe the speed is something to work on, for a lunch place.

Pros: Tastes good, good vibe

Cons: takes some time to get food, not that many seats

Excellent Vietnamese food - Edit

Quy Nguyen is a small but lovely Vietnamese restaurant. English menus are available too, though the staff don't speak much English. We started with the cha gi (crispy spring rolls) and they were really delicious. We also had the steamed dumpling, banh bao, which I would also recommend. (We had been tempted by the banh xeo/crepe, but were told it takes 25 minutes to prepare, and we just couldn't wait!)

For mains, the com cary was a really flavoursome curry with lots of tofu and vegetables. The cha ca was even better though, and completely different to anything I'd had before: marinated tofu wrapped in seaweed, on a bed of vegetables. The tofu was extraordinary!

It was a really lovely place with great service. The only downside is that the toilet is in the bar next door, and it was in pretty bad condition when I went.

Pros: Delicious food, Good service, Vegan wine available

Cons: No toilet on the premises
