The food was amazing, but there was only one dish for vegans. It was the best grilled vegetables plate I've ever tasted though. It was with an amazing passion fruit chutney. The bread was homemade as a starter and it was amazing as well.

The views and setting are beautiful at this restaurant. Unfortunately the menu has a section called vegan/vegetarian and doesn’t specify which ones are vegan or can be made vegan. The waiter was completely clueless and didn’t understand when I asked which ones were vegan. But he recommended the portobello burger. I went with that one thinking it was the safest option and it came with loads of cheese (my partner confirmed like a Camembert cheese) !!

Hier leider nicht auf der Karte ersichtlich, welche Gerichte vegan oder was nur vegetarisch ist. Mehr Kennzeichnung wäre wünschenswert. Das Essen war jedoch sehr lecker. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant sehr geil, Preise jedoch enorm teuer. Zu teuer.

Scelta non ampia ma curata, sia nella preparazione che nella presentazione. Poche opzioni vegane, ma presenza di un dolce vegano ben fatto. Considerato il livello di presentazione sarebbe interessante vedere altre opzioni. Vista dal ristorante molto bella (se prenotate chiedete di stare fuori, tempo permettendo)

We almost ate ourselves an indigestion here 😅 we had a vegan soup and the vegan burger and oh my! It came with the most delicious sweet potato I ever ate! And the portions were HUGE. Even my husband couldn't finish his plate.

Don't confuse the restaurant with the pizzeria! - Edit
The restaurant was closed when we arrived and the pizzeria only offera two vegan dishes, one vegan pizza or a portobello mushroom burger (to order without cheese). I had the burger and that was a huge portion with fries and and a small salad. It was decent! I think the restaurant would offer much more vegan options!

We had a great vegan meal at this restaurant which was a complete joy on an island where it is otherwise quite tricky to eat vegan. The food was delicious and there were multiple options (including a burger, risotto) and there was a stunning vegan chocolate baked dessert which was such a treat! The service was good and the views over the sea were beautiful. Highly recommend!

This is an omni restaurant, part of the hotel of the same name. But they clearly are aware of vegan food and have really good dishes. We were staying in the hotel, so it was easier for us to have dinner here every night, but we also loved the food. I'm not giving 5 stars as it's not a vegan place.
Read moreMy partner had the mushroom burger, w/o cheese and it was massive, in proper bread instead of a bun. It came with chips with garden herbs and salad, and we were told we could change the sides to rice or veggies.
I had the espetada ( beyond) with again chips and salad, but it also came with polenta cubes. So so tasty. I had it both times we were there cause 1. It was gluten free also 2. It was so tasty.
The last night we ordered desserts, which were also delicious. Just what you need after a long hike.
The mains were around 15€ so not that bad. The baked desert was expensive, 9€, but they made it to order.
Pros: Vegan options in the middle of nowhere , The staff are knowledgeable and really nice, Massive portions and tasty too

The vegan burger I had was very jummy, with a variation of vegetables and sauce, and it was served with some well flavored fries (from the garden I think) and a salad. What I missed was some sauce for the fries.

The service was good and involved to get us a nice seat for a beautiful view.

New menu, no vegan dishes, but they have vegetarian dishes for which you can ask to be vegan. Side dishes are vegan. Food is amazing and service is great. And the view is breathtaking.

Read moreThe waitress was aware of veganism and said that the chef could veganize some of the vegetarian options. They even paid attention to check if the puff pastry had eggs or butter.
We had the mushroom risotto and the "vegetarian beef" that was the beyond burger, we think.
It was a nice meal in a restaurant with a great view. It was full, be sure to book a table.
