Enjoyable change in Turkey - Edit
Enjoyed the vegan ramen with vegan meatballs which looked like meat so some people might be put off. There’s a vegan poke bowl instead if it is an issue. Also, fried chicken bites were served on the house when we sat down so be forewarned. Lovely, large restaurant with good atmosphere.

Confusing menu. Complementary chicken. - Edit
To start we were given complementary fried chicken on a skewer. Not a good start!
Read moreAs any vegan knows, if you’ve gone to the trouble of buying vegan mayo, vegan meatballs, and have a wealth of rice, noodles, and veg then you can make a lot. Sadly quick china only offers about 5 vegan dishes on a menu of 100-200 dishes. Just adding some customisable options would make this place vegan paradise, but sadly options were really lacking (for unknown reasons based on the menu ingredients!).
What we had (tofu mixed veg and broccoli dishes) were alright, decent compared to the rest of cappadocia (which is terrible for vegans).
Pros: At least uses the word vegan occasionally
Cons: Expensive , Few options, despite easy possibilities

Confusing but good - Edit
I was excited to try this place as I read some recommendations about it. They have around five options including vegetables, vegetables with tofu, noodles with vegan meatballs, vegan rolls… Nonetheless, in the pictures from the menu I saw an egg in the vegan noddles, so I clearly asked not to put it.
Read moreThey got it wrong, but the waitress was really nice and changed it the minute she realized.
The vegetables with garlic sauce were amazing, oh I’ve missed garlic! The noodles were a little tasteless, but I was really happy to have some protein with the meatballs and the portion was more than filling.
Pros: Vegan protein, Vegetables were really tasty
Cons: Noodles were a little tasteless, They can get confused with not putting eggs

Best in Göreme - Edit
After all those tasteless dishes I have tried in Göreme, it was an amazing experience. I loved literally everything there!

Great food and environment! - Edit
The restaurant clearly shows the vegan options on the menu and you can ask them to adapt non-vegan options as well. The service and the ambiance are extremely good and well taken care of.

A life saver - Edit
We went here for my birthday meal as they have vegan options marked on the menu and more than I’ve really seen anywhere else thanks to a lot of tofu based things. I got the vegan poke bowl which was a good 9/10 - the rice was so yummy and they made the tofu CRUNCHY on the outside in a way that reminded me of cornflakes but small. The only thing was the beetroot was quite hard. My partner got the vegan meatballs which was actually a ramen without any fake meat but with tofu and rice cakes. She said it wasnt great but when I tasted it it tasted good - not to much flavour though, and the noodles were mushy. We also got edamame (plain) - always a fav and just water for about 1130 lira or something similar - not too bad! Very modern looking too

Very tasty vegan options. Clearly marked on menu. Professional service - Edit
The vegan options were clearly marked on the menu, as well as the ingredients. We ordered vegan mixed vegetables, vegan broccoli vegetables, vegan poke Bowl and vegan sushi roll (without the vegan mayo, to avoid "misunderstanding" )We don't usually eat in non-vegan places. By the way the waiter was very professional, after a bad start (he asked if we eat fish) he later told us that the chef was aware of our requirements, he was able to announce every ingredient in the plates and make us feel comfortable. He also avoided serving us the complimentary fortune biscuits (which he knew contain eggs) and he served us complimentary jasmine infusion to complete the experience. The next day we have ordered takeaway and had the same great experience. Since there is no vegan restaurant in Goreme I would definitely recommend Quick China.
