We went and were overwhelmed by the menu, it's very long and complicated, only in Hebrew. But the guy there speaks English and we got the quiche and a salad. We got the vegan quiche with caramelized onions and more. (I forget). It was really rich and creamy/cheesy tasting. I wish the crust was a bit thinner, but it was tasty too. The salad came with nice bread and dips, it was all good. Excited to sit outside with our dogs when it gets warmer.

Best vegan quiche ever! - Edit
A small and very friendly quiche restaurant. The owner/chef is always happy to help you choose the best quiche for you, and modify it as you please. The extras (salads) can improve I think. But this could be a matter of personal preference.

Delicious quiche-centric vegetarian w/many vegan options - Edit
This small mom & pop restaurant is a delicious treat. Their focus is on quiche - which they can make in 86 different ways. Each is made-to-order. They do have many with dairy cheese - but also many that are completely vegan. There is no English menu, but the chef came out and walked us through the many many options - including gluten free quiche. It was a nice treat & is recommended. We would definitely go back.
