A pleasant cafe/restaurant which offers a wide range of vegan quiches (approximately half of the menu) in different sizes, along with other vegan choices such as salads, a breakfast menu, sandwiches, hot & cold drinks, and tarts in different sizes. Has a friendly and relaxed ambiance. In addition to the menu, you can choose the ingredients you want for your quiche or tart and they'll make it for you. All food is Kosher. Has gluten free items. Tel Aviv area. Open Mon-Thu 8:00am-11:00pm, Fri 8:00am-3:00pm, Sun 8:00am-11:00pm. Closed Sat.

Best vegan quiche ever! - Edit
A small and very friendly quiche restaurant. The owner/chef is always happy to help you choose the best quiche for you, and modify it as you please. The extras (salads) can improve I think. But this could be a matter of personal preference.
Pros: lots of vegan options. , Quiches are just great.

Delicious quiche-centric vegetarian w/many vegan options - Edit
This small mom & pop restaurant is a delicious treat. Their focus is on quiche - which they can make in 86 different ways. Each is made-to-order. They do have many with dairy cheese - but also many that are completely vegan. There is no English menu, but the chef came out and walked us through the many many options - including gluten free quiche. It was a nice treat & is recommended. We would definitely go back.
