Vegan breakfast options - Edit
For breakfast vegan cheese, Nest and sausages are available on request.
Read moreFurthermore they have hashbrowns, beans, mushrooms, fruits, veggies with hummus, bread and cereal. Oat and soy milk is available for coffee.
Unfortunately no vegan pastries.

Enough vegan options for a 3 course meal - Edit
Across the regular plus seasonal menus the bistro at this hotel (open to the general public) there are enough vegan options for a full meal - I counted 5 marked options (4 starters and 1 mains) and 8 unmarked sides and dessert. My wife and I only had one small dish each here, but had we been any hungrier, it wouldn't have been a problem.
