I was fighting off a cold so I ordered the soup. It's a broth made from fresh veggies simmered for 1 hr with a pinch of salt. The customer can add grains, meat, fresh veggies, and sauce. I asked for a double scoop of fresh ginger & ginger lemongrass. at Quarks American Bento in St Cloud

Great Vegan Gluten free choices

Vegans rejoice!!!!The food choices are great for vegans, the atmosphere super clean and so is the food. Reasonable cost, highly recommended, don't pass this place up, Real friendly staff, wishing you the best. Don't. Forget the K'ul chocolate!!!
