Inaccurate map, but a great place - Edit
Note this review is for September 2012 - something came up
The address was correct, but the map was not. It's a lot further to the north west (google maps is accurate if you punch in the address there).
The staff didn't speak much English, but the owner spoke French it that's helpful for you. The food was amazing and if I go back to Saigon I'll be sure to check it out.
Pros: Delicious, Cheap, Friendly staff
Cons: Inaccurate map, Not much English

Thanks for the info about the inaccurate map marker. I have tried to repoint the marker using this. Is this the correct location?

Cheap With Nice Seating - Edit
Its buffet style, without an English menu. You can order food if you know vietnamese.
Pros: Cheap , Shade, Clean
Cons: Cheap , May Run Out In Late Noon
