A local, fully vegan Vietnamese restaurant serving various vegan noodle soups. Hu tiệu mi, bún hue, bún Thái. Everything including the kitchen with running water is situated on the pavement, as well as all the tables & chairs. No English spoken and no menu in English. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-9:00pm.

Best vegan hu tieu mi - Edit
What an amazing bun Hu Tieu! At only 27,000 Dong a real bargain too! This outside restaurant feels like a street food eatery. It has running water and everything is outside on the pavement. The kitchen is outside. The tables and chairs are outside. Run by a very nice lady. There were 3 other older ladies there eating vegan breakfast soups. They were very friendly to me. No one spoke English, but we all laughed. Now back to the food. Absolutely delicious. I might have to revisit and try something else next time.
