Small vegetarian cafe on the first floor of The Bridgeview Apartment Complex. Serves traditional Vietnamese dishes and fresh juices. Menu has English translations and staff speaks English. Has plenty of vegan options, but since they are not clearly labeled, please inquire. (The street ends at Bridgeview.) Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

Convenient for the area... - Edit
We stayed at an Air BNB and this restaurant happened to be on the first floor of the apartment complex. Very convenient! The owner spoke decent English and her young daughter spoke even better. We went two days in a row and got the same thing each time. The first day was great, but the second day wasn't as good. The inconsistency was disappointing. Our friends also got some stuff that was hit and miss.
This place isn't worth going out of your way for, but if you're in the area and need veg food, then hopefully this place can help you out like it helped us!
Pros: Convenient , Inexpensive, Some stuff was tasty
Cons: Inconsistent , Didn't have many items on the menu
